The Ginchy Signature Extensions Process
Prep
The more thorough the prep, the longer-lasting and healthier the extensions installation! We take-down, detangle, and pre-section the hair for your clarifying shampoo, hydrating deep condition treatment, and moisturizing blow-dry prep.
The hair is then braided-down and netted or sectioned for the appropriate installation service.
Installation
If the prep is the foundation for the style, the installation is structure that sits on the foundation. Great care is taken to ensure the proper tension, and overall technique is used during your install to keep your natural hair healthy and protected as much as possible. Only professional, high-quality materials are used as they help to control the final results.
Maintenance
Regular washes and proper washes are key to a longer lasting, healthier extension install — no matter what type of extensions you get. By offering a wash and restyle every 2 weeks, your style is guaranteed to last as long as is healthy for your hair before a reinstallation is required.

Whether you want to add some volume and length with k-tips, or just keep your natural hair protected underneath a full sew-in, I got you! The cost of membership includes the cost of your service. Every month, you'll get your selected signature service plus a few extra perks, complete with auto-scheduling and auto-billing so you can get in, get out, and not worry about that awkward "how much do I owe ya?" at the end! NOTE: Product will be charged to your account or paid for at time of service

Benefits include reduced prices/more frequent extension services, priority booking, free and discounted treatments, personalized extension consultations, and other exclusive member-only offers or promotions!

Due to the wide range of extensions services offered, the typical cost of extensions ranges from $150-$2500+.
We took this into consideration when pricing the memberships--we don't want someone getting $150 services charged like someone who gets $2500+ services, afterall.
Because of this, the extensions membership is unique in that it accomodates more frequent visits for the lower cost services and maintains perks for the longer-lasting, more expensive services who would typically come in less frequently.

Memberships include full services. This means you aren't being shorted on the personal care that goes into each service, just to rush you out of the door.
Each extension service includes custom consultation to determine your desired end result, removal of previous extensions, clarifying shampoo to prevent build up and deep condition treatment to ensure hydration and moisture, braid down or any other prep for install, installation type as determined by consultation, blowout/styling.
Hair care products like shampoo, conditioner, or at-home touch-up kits are available at 10% discount as part of the plan, too.

Sew-ins every 8 weeks
Combline every 8 weeks
Microlinks every 12 weeks
K-tips every 12 weeks
Shampoo, condition, and restyle every 2 weeks
Scalp treatment and deep condition every 4 weeks

Ginchy offers flexible cancellation options.
We require a 3 month minimum commitment period, this way, you're able to experience the full membership as it was intended to be experienced. However, after the 3-month period, cancellations are available, your annual subscription cost will be prorated or your subsequent monthly fee will be cancelled.
No refunds on previous months.

Yes! However, keep in mind, that the total number of services for your year still applies.
For example, if you've already used one of your extension services for yourself, and you wish to share your membership for another full extension service, you can do that! However, you would no longer get your next full extension service because it was used by your friend/family member.
What we will typically see is gifting a shampoo/condition/restyle, as some people do not require one every 2 weeks. So you're actually getting more out of your membership by gifting it because that service would have otherwise gone unused for the month, as services do not roll over for our memberships.
